This course explores why people skills are important, exactly what they are to you, and how you can further benefit your mentees, and your mentoring experience in this arena. You will also be exploring what your role as a mentor means in relation to developing the people skills of your mentees. People skills in both business and life can be developed. These are not inherited traits.
